B2B Trade Data: Disha Enterprises collects B2B corporate information primarily through our RFQ (Request for Quote) Estimator, email communications, and WhatsApp trade inquiries. This includes corporate entity names, procurement manager details, contact numbers, email addresses, and specific commodity sourcing requirements.
Facebook & Social Media Data: Our Facebook App integration is strictly used for internal automated posting to the official Disha Enterprises Facebook Page. We do not collect, store, process, or harvest personal data from general Facebook users or page visitors.
Trade Execution: We use the collected corporate information strictly for B2B trade purposes. This includes calculating freight economics, communicating export quotes, processing customs documentation, and coordinating with global logistics partners (such as MSC or Maersk) to execute your shipment.
App Automation: Any tokens or API data accessed via Meta are used solely to authenticate our secure server to publish B2B trade content and images directly to our own corporate Page.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your supply chain. We do not sell your corporate data to third-party marketers, nor do we share, sell, or rent any data retrieved from the Facebook Graph API to third parties. Operational data is only shared with necessary entities required to execute an export order, such as Indian Customs authorities, freight forwarders, and pre-shipment inspection agencies (e.g., SGS).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your corporate procurement profile and any related records at any time by emailing Trade@DishaEnterprises.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the name of your organization. We will acknowledge your request and complete it within 30 days, except where we are required by law (for example, customs, tax, or accounting regulations) to retain certain trade records.
Because we do not collect personal data from Facebook users or Page visitors, there is no Facebook user data to delete. If you believe we hold information about you obtained through our Facebook integration, contact us at the address above and we will investigate and respond within the same period.
