Use the Request a Quote (RFQ) form on our website, or email Trade@DishaEnterprises.co or message us on WhatsApp. Please include the product, specification, quantity, destination port and your target delivery timeline so we can respond accurately.
The product name and grade or specification, required quantity, destination country and port, preferred Incoterm (FOB or CIF), packaging requirements, and any certificates or inspection you need. The more detail you give, the faster we can quote.
No. Prices for commodities, metals, polymers and recyclables change with global markets, so any estimate from our RFQ Estimator is indicative only. The binding price is confirmed in an official Proforma Invoice.
Minimum order quantities depend on the product, packaging and shipping mode. Share your required volume in the RFQ and we will confirm what is workable, including container-load or part-load options.
Payment is by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight, or by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) with an agreed advance percentage before procurement and manufacturing. Terms are agreed in writing for each order, and goods remain our property until full payment clears.
Our standard terms are FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) under Incoterms 2020. Under FOB we clear goods for export and load them on board at the Indian port, such as JNPT or Mundra. Under CIF we also arrange sea freight and minimum-level marine insurance to the destination port. Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded on the vessel.
Transit time depends on the destination, shipping line and route. We give an estimated schedule with your quotation. Delivery times are estimates, and delays caused by events outside our control, such as port strikes, customs holds or severe weather, are covered by the Force Majeure clause in our Legal Disclaimer.
Yes. We coordinate with global shipping lines and freight forwarders, handle customs clearance in India and prepare the shipping documents, so the cargo moves from supplier to vessel under one trade desk.
Yes. Buyers can nominate agencies such as SGS or Bureau Veritas for pre-shipment quality and quantity inspection at the port of loading. We coordinate access and timing with the supplier.
Typical documents include the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, along with product-specific certificates where required. Tell us which documents your bank or customs authority needs when you send your RFQ.
Contact us in writing with details and supporting evidence. Time limits and conditions for claims are set out in our Terms of Trade, so please read them before placing an order.
